COVID – 19 UPDATE
Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. Wherever you are and whatever your situation, we’re here to help. We’re committed to ensuring your stay with us is safe, secure and as stress free as possible. We want to share with you the steps we are taking to keep all of our valued guests and employees safe during these uncertain times.
- We will maintain our existing high standards of cleanliness and provide additional training to our partners about appropriate disinfecting techniques.
- Kingsford Smith Housekeeping use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
- You may have seen our team a little more than usual with spray in hand, as we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the front desk, lifts and lift buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.
- We’re encouraging our entire community, including Kingsford Smith Motel guests, to exercise recommended social distancing practices and asking any Kingsford Smith Motel employee or partner who feels ill to stay home.
- We have extended our room service to now offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kingsford Smith Motel have partnered with Hotel West End to deliver to you healthy meals.
- We have guest laundry facilities, which are self-service, or we have a fluff and fold service delivered to your room, charges apply
An update to our cancellation policy
- We’ve increased flexibility for all reservations made on bookings@kingsfordsmithmotel.com.au . We will provide a credit note for the full value of the booking on cancellations made any time before arrival, no questions asked. Credit notes can be used towards future reservations and are valid for one year from the time of cancellation.
- If you booked on other sites, i.e. Expedia, Booking.com please reach out to them directly.

Our rooms
Kingsford Smith Motel offers six types of rooms (all non-smoking) spacious with soft cosy linen in a comfortable setting with desk, dining table, ensuite with Natural Essence bath amenities, flat screen Tv’s, Foxtel and Free WiFi.
We offer free early check-in (depending on availability). We also offer a late 3pm check-out for $40 (subject to availability).
Shuttle bus runs until 3pm weekdays when available. (book on arrival)
Relax while you stay at the Kingsford Smith Motel in our salt water in-ground pool with soothing surroundings and quality pool furniture. Guests can also request an early check-in when available as well as a late check out (12pm is free, until 3pm is $40).
